Amy has been a dedicated professional in the aesthetics field since 2000 and has worked alongside Dr. Raval since 2003. As the coordinator of all operations at Raval Facial Aesthetics and Rocky Mountain Laser Aesthetics, she oversees marketing, brand management, company events, and office administration. Amy’s strengths lie in her creativity, drive, and leadership, making her an integral part of the practice’s success. Before becoming the Marketing Director, she served as a Patient Care Coordinator and Certified Laser Technician, working closely with patients throughout their entire treatment journey.
Amy holds both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Regis University. She and Dr. Raval married in 2007 and have three children—Daniele, Matthew, and Sophia. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and two frenchies, while also staying active through tennis, traveling, photography, and other hobbies.
Denise manages every aspect of the practice including human resources, finance and daily operations. She has worked with Dr. Raval since 2008 and has been a Practice Administrator since 2000. She is a Regis University graduate earning her B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. She also has extensive knowledge in electronic medical record software. Denise enjoys spending time with her family, traveling with her husband when she can and Colorado outdoors.
Diana has worked in facial aesthetics and ENT for 25+ years and has previously worked with Dr. Raval. She has been an Office Manager since 2012 and received her BS that same year from Regis University, majoring in Health Information Management with a minor in Health Care Administration. Diana enjoys spending time with her family, especially her new granddaughter. “Glamping” is a new favorite activity that she loves to do with her husband and their two dogs.
Davina joined Raval Facial Aesthetics in May 2012. A graduate of Hawaii Pacific University, Davina has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Communication. In addition to daily office management, she coordinates all of the VIP Club memberships. When she is not in the office, you can find her supporting her church in many capacities. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and growing family.
Nicole Kenyon is a license Registered Nurse and has her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She began her medical career in 2010 as a CNA, and then worked as a nurse in 2016 specializing in Women’s Health on Labor & Delivery and Postpartum. She began to move towards aesthetics in 2015 by attaining her esthetician license and became a certified Aesthetics Nurse in 2017. She was trained by multiple plastic surgeons and joined Raval Facial Aesthetics in 2019. Her passion is helping people feel better about themselves which includes helping them feel confident. Nicole loves her young adult children and her adoring husband, Greg. Nicole has lived in Colorado since 1990 and enjoys hiking and biking in the great outdoors.
Brooke became a critical team member at Raval Facial Aesthetics in 2011. Having worked in the facial rejuvenation and facial cosmetic surgery field for numerous years, her knowledge and passion for the industry is immense. As a Patient Care Coordinator, Brooke will be your liaison from the initial consultation with Dr. Raval and throughout the facial rejuvenation process. She is also responsible for coordinating care for all surgical patients. Brooke is also an Aesthetic Injector, specializing in Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers. Brooke makes it her goal to ensure every patient she encounters feels welcome and relaxed when they visit the practice, and confident about their decision and treatments as they leave.
As Denver natives, Brooke and her family actively enjoy all of the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.
Amber’s journey in the realm of aesthetic surgery spans over a decade, beginning in 2011. Throughout her extensive tenure, she has honed her expertise and cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies of aesthetic procedures. As an aesthetic injector, Amber places a premium on patient education, ensuring that individuals are equipped with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their care. Her commitment to continuous learning drives her to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field. Central to Amber’s approach is her unwavering dedication to patient satisfaction. She prioritizes creating a warm and welcoming environment where patients feel at ease and empowered throughout their aesthetic journey. Beyond her professional endeavors, Amber finds joy and fulfillment in her roots as a Colorado native. But perhaps most cherished are the moments spent in the company of her cherished family and friends.
With over six years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry, Bailey is a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician. A proud honors graduate from the Aveda Institute in Denver, she brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her practice. Bailey is passionate about helping clients discover and embrace their natural beauty, offering personalized care that leaves a lasting impact. Her commitment to excellence and client satisfaction sets her apart as a leader in the industry. Outside of her professional work, Bailey enjoys camping and traveling with her husband and family.
Keely is a licensed esthetician and laser technician with a deep passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Since obtaining her license from the College of International Esthetics in 2019, she has been committed to delivering personalized skincare treatments that enhance both confidence and beauty. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to continuous education, Keely stays at the forefront of the latest advancements in aesthetics. When she’s not perfecting complexions, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Becky has been a front desk coordinator with Rocky Mountain Laser Aesthetics since 2001, making her a pillar of strength for her fellow coworkers. Every patient looks forward to seeing her familiar face! Trained as a certified aesthetician at Pickens Tech, she is also a Colorado board-certified laser specialist. Becky uses her background in aesthetics when delivering excellent patient care on the phone, scheduling patients for treatment and soothing any nervousness. She continues to be amazed at the incredible advances in technology in the practice of aesthetics. In her free time, Becky enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.
Cassidy joined Raval Facial Aesthetics in October, 2023. She has worked in customer service since the age of 16 and brings a lot of experience to the company. She strives to make the patients feel comfortable and appreciated during their visit and on the phone. Communicating effectively and efficiently is Cassidy’s strength. She is a Colorado native and enjoys spending time outside hiking with her Huskey, Ailani, and traveling when the opportunity arises.
Melanie, also known as Mel, joined Raval Facial Aesthetics in April of 2024. Mel brings over a decade of experience in customer service. Her career has been marked by a dedication to helping others and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Born and raised in Southern Colorado, she moved to Denver in 2022. Beyond her work, Mel finds joy and relaxation in two main passions: gaming and expressing her creativity through art. Whether immersed in virtual worlds or creating on canvas, Melanie embraces these hobbies as outlets that enrich her life and spark her imagination.
Sarah joined Raval Facial Aesthetics in January 2024, bringing a diverse background in dermatology, family medicine, and prior experience in property management. Her approach is driven by a commitment to being a valuable asset to her team while providing exceptional care and service to patients. A proud Colorado native, Sarah enjoys watching local sports, camping, traveling, swimming, and painting. She is a devoted mother to two boys, aged 17 and 10, and shares a close bond with her immediate family, who also reside in Colorado.
Jacqueline, known as Jackie, a Medical Assistant with 8 years of experience. In July,2023 she embraced a new role at Raval Facial Aesthetics, where she serves as a Patient Care Coordinator and a Medical Assistant to Dr Raval. Jackie’s journey includes a unique experience in COVID response and emergency management, where she traveled extensively before discovering her passion for aesthetics. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy going to shows and concerts, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
