Registration
To place an order with Raval Facial Aesthetics & Rocky Mountain Laser Aesthetics, a registration form including contact information must be completed. This information is used exclusively to fill your order and for billing purposes. If we encounter difficulty in processing an order, we will use this contact information to reach you.
Pricing Policy
Pricing shown is subject to change without notice. Raval Facial Aesthetics & Rocky Mountain Laser Aesthetics will honor the pricing shown on our website on the date your order is received as long as the product is in stock in our warehouse.
Quantity Policy
We stock the supplies we sell. However in rare cases, based on your demand quantities of products available at Raval Facial Aesthetics/Rocky Mountain Laser Aesthetics may be limited.
Payment and Delivery
We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.
Shipping
A $5.00 shipping fee will be added to the order automatically. The products will be shipped First Class Mail. Optional expedited is available. Orders received by 3 p.m. are shipped same day.
Expedited Shipping
Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipping are available at additional cost. Please be sure to indicate on the order form that you prefer Expedited Shipping. Note that Saturday deliveries are not available in all locations.
Sales Tax
Raval Facial Aesthetic & Rocky Mountain Laser Aesthetics only charge sales tax for purchases in the State of Colorado.
International Shipments
Raval Facial Aesthetics & Rocky Mountain Laser Aesthetics do not accept international orders at this time. We ship orders only to the continental United States.
P.O. Boxes
Raval Facial Aesthetics & Rocky Mountain Laser Aesthetics do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Cancellations
Raval Facial Aesthetics & Rocky Mountain Laser Aesthetics work hard to expedite your order. Once an order is generated on our system, it is difficult to cancel as the product may be en route within minutes of the order being placed. Cancellations will be processed as a Return. Please see Returns Policy below.
Returns Policy
If any product you purchase from Raval Facial Aesthetics & Rocky Mountain Laser Aesthetics is defective or damaged please call us to arrange for a return. All returns must be done within 10 days of receipt of the product. Prescription products are not returnable. Special Order items are not returnable.
Prescription Drug Policy
Raval Facial Aesthetics & Rocky Mountain Laser Aesthetics ship prescription drugs, Retinol & Hydroquinone only to authorized & established patients.
